Steak Salad Nicoise

I have been missing the French Riviera, so I decided to recreate a classic dish of the area: the niçoise salad. But, I put my own twist on it, using steak instead of tuna and changing up the ingredients slightly. It is reminiscent of the original and captures most of the food groups, so it’s a meal by itself. Plus, you can easily adapt it for any party size.
