Tomato Nectarine Salad
There is no real recipe for this salad — it is simply picking fresh ingredients, cutting them, and arranging on a platter.
Tomatoes (one big heirloom tomato)
Avocado (one to two)
Basil (as much as you want, or about six to eight leaves)
Salt & Pepper
Slice the tomatoes into big rounds, cut the nectarines and avocado into wedges and arrange on a platter. Cut the basil into strips and scatter over the salad. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar (recommend using the best of each that you have) and sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
